Refund Policy

You may return items within 30-days of delivery for a full refund back to your method of payment, and you may return items within 60-days for store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs (for domestic orders only) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You will have to contact our support or sales team to receive an RMA number. We will not accept any return that was received without an RMA number.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving and processing your RMA, however, in many cases you will receive your refund sooner than expected. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

We will charge a restocking fee if the items are returned with any physical damage, damaged packaging, or missing any parts or accessories. Otherwise, if all original parts and packaging are undamaged, and included in the return, then no restocking fee will be charged.
