The Zenty logo and product photos are available in camera-ready or electronic form in color or black. The logo may not be revised or altered in any way and must be displayed as produced by Zenty. Logo slicks of camera ready art of the Zenty logo or Zenty products for use on printed materials may be obtained by contacting your Sales Representative.
Partner Account
To access certain information on the website, an Zenty Partner account may be required. An Zenty Partner account provides several benefits to customers and access to exclusive areas of the Zenty website. An Zenty Partner account is intended for your exclusive use. You are responsible for the safekeeping of all account information and preventing any unauthorized person or third party from having access to your account. You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You shall immediately notify Zenty in writing if you have any reason to believe your account has been compromised. Zenty reserves the right to change or cancel services at any time without notice.
Confidentiality
Zenty Partner are required to keep Zenty proprietary information confidential. Proprietary information includes Reseller pricing, new product information, shipping schedules, login passwords to Zenty resources, and Zenty to Reseller communications including News Flashes, E-News, Technical Bulletins, Reseller Price Lists, and Price Guides.
